Refund policy

This page outlines MEMOMIND’s policies regarding shipping, warranty, returns, and replacements for international purchases. MEMOMIND warrants the MEMOMIND product main unit and related accessories.

CONSUMER LAW: For consumers covered by applicable local consumer law or regulations that provide additional rights, such rights shall apply in addition to the benefits provided under this policy.

1. Service Overview

Warranty Eligibility

Warranty service applies when:

  • The product was purchased through MEMOMIND or an authorized sales channel
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage or scratches on lenses
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

If your country or region is not listed above, certain services may be limited, including but not limited to:

  • Orders may not be shipped to the region
  • Standard return policies may not apply
  • Certain logistics-related after-sales services may be unavailable

Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees determined by the destination country.

  • Within Warranty Period: If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, MEMOMIND will cover return shipping costs.
  • Beyond Warranty Period: Paid repair/replacement costs will be clearly disclosed and confirmed with the customer before service.

3. Return Policy

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the standard product. Custom products (e.g. prescription lenses) are final sale once production begins.

Return Conditions

  • Like-new condition
  • Original packaging
  • All accessories and manuals included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Normal wear from use
  • User-caused damage
  • Custom products after 24 hours from order confirmation

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

30-Day Quality Replacement

Defective products within 30 days may qualify for replacement after technical assessment.

Users must back up and delete data before return. MEMOMIND is not responsible for data loss.

Warranty Exchange

Standard products with confirmed issues are eligible for free replacement. Custom products may require re-manufacturing.

Process

  • Return defective product with tracking number
  • Replacement is processed after return confirmation
  • All related costs covered by MEMOMIND

5. Post-Repair Warranty

  • Replacement inherits remaining warranty period, or
  • Receives 90-day limited warranty, whichever is longer

6. Legal Disclaimer

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Data loss on returned devices
